Get full access during our Google Play closed test. Stay enrolled for at least 14 consecutive days, use the app, and share honest feedback to earn permanent Full Access to the Spanish Android app at no charge.

Meet VerbCompass
VerbCompass combines a detailed Spanish verb reference with focused study tools designed to help learners understand, organize, and practice the verbs they actually need.
We are not looking for professional software testers. We are looking for Spanish learners who can use the app naturally and tell us what works, what feels confusing, and what could be made better.

VerbCompass includes powerful Reference tools, complete conjugation information, active-recall Study sessions, CEFR-based learning controls, and a personalized Custom Verb Pool.
Search by Spanish infinitive, conjugated form, or English meaning to quickly find the verb you need.
Review simple, compound, and imperative forms in one organized reference.
Practice with active recall and control exactly which verbs, pronouns, and forms appear.
Build a personal study list for lessons, reading, difficult verbs, or any topic you want to review.
Why VerbCompass Exists
VerbCompass began with a simple frustration: while studying Spanish, I found myself constantly jumping between textbooks, websites, conjugation charts, and notes just to understand a single verb.
I wanted one place that combined a complete verb reference with practical study tools that let me focus on the verbs I actually needed to learn.
After months of development and thousands of carefully organized Spanish verbs, VerbCompass has grown into the study companion I wished I had when I started learning.
VerbCompass includes over 2,600 carefully organized Spanish verbs, complete conjugations, CEFR organization, customizable study sessions, and a powerful personal verb collection.
Now I'd like a small group of fellow learners to help make it even better before its public release.
Why We’re Testing
The app’s core Spanish reference and study structure is already built. Before VerbCompass becomes publicly available, we need to learn how reliably and clearly it performs during real Spanish study on different Android devices.
Your experience can help us improve navigation, explanations, study behavior, device compatibility, and the overall learning experience.
Those lessons will strengthen the first Spanish release and help establish the foundation for VerbCompass’s next intended direction: English verb support for English learners, beginning with Spanish speakers.

Complete at least 14 consecutive days opted in, use the app during your Spanish study, and submit honest private feedback to receive permanent Full Access to VerbCompass — Spanish Verb Companion on Android at no charge. This includes updates and upgrades to the Spanish course in that app. Access will be associated with the Google account used during testing.
Use the full Spanish Android app during testing, before its public release. This is access to the closed test, not a limited free trial or an automatic public download.
Your feedback can directly shape improvements to navigation, Reference, Study, and the overall learning experience.

How It Works
The program is designed to fit naturally into your existing Spanish study rather than feel like a technical testing assignment.
Tell us your Spanish level, how you currently study, and the Google-account email you will use with Google Play.
We’ll review your request personally. If your request is a good fit for the Founding Tester program, we’ll add your Google-account email to the Closed Test.
If we add you to the Closed Test, we’ll email you the Google Play tester link and brief instructions for getting started.
Open the tester link while signed in to the same Google account, click Become a tester, and install VerbCompass on your Android device.
Remain opted in for at least 14 consecutive days, keep the app installed, and use Reference and Study during your Spanish learning. The period starts when you opt in through Google Play, not when you submit this application.
Use the Founding Tester Feedback form to tell us what worked well, what felt confusing, and what would make VerbCompass more useful to you. You can send feedback more than once during the test. Send at least one report describing your experience; problems and suggestions are welcome, and positive feedback is not required.

We’ll review your request personally. If your request is a good fit for the Founding Tester program and we add you to the Closed Test, we’ll email you everything you need to get started.
The Founding Tester program is for people age 18 or older who have an Android device and a Google account.

The program is intended for people actively learning, teaching, or regularly using Spanish who have an Android device and a Google account. Founding Testers must be age 18 or older.
No. Feedback from beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced learners can all help improve VerbCompass.
No. We want you to use VerbCompass as a language learner and describe your experience in your own words.
Google Play controls Closed Test access through a tester list. We need the exact Google-account email you will use with Google Play on your Android device so we can add it to that list.
We’ll review your request personally. Submitting the form does not immediately add you to the test. If your request is a good fit for the Founding Tester program and we add you to the Closed Test, we’ll email you everything you need to get started, including the Google Play tester link and brief instructions.
The current test requires an Android phone or tablet and a Google account. The account signed in to Google Play on that device must match the email address you submit here.
We must first add your Google-account email to the Google Play Console tester list. After that, we can email you the Google Play tester link that lets you opt in and install VerbCompass.
Google Play requires testers to remain opted in for at least 14 consecutive days. Remain opted in, keep the app installed, and use VerbCompass naturally during your normal Spanish study throughout that period.
Use the Founding Tester Feedback form. Tell us what worked well, what felt confusing, and what would make the app more useful for your Spanish study. You may submit the form whenever you have something useful to share.
You have full Spanish-app access during testing. After you complete at least 14 consecutive days opted in, use the app, and submit at least one honest feedback report, let us know through the feedback form that you have finished. We will review your completion report within seven calendar days and email confirmation or explain any missing requirement. We will provide your earned permanent access before future paid restrictions affect you, at no charge to you. Access is associated with the Google account used during testing, has no recurring fee, and includes updates to the Spanish course in this Android app. Separate future products or courses are not promised by this offer.
No. We ask for honest private testing feedback, not a public rating or review. Your earned benefit does not depend on positive feedback or Google approving the public release. If the public release is delayed, your earned benefit and its delivery deadline remain in place. We will keep you informed about access and fulfillment.
No. The browser edition remains free with no testing obligation. To participate in this program, you must join the Android closed test and install through Google Play after receiving your invitation. Browser use alone does not count toward the testing period.
